Chadd: Thank you for the professional service. This goes down as one of the Best New Years in history. Everyone was kind of planning to leave around 10 or 11 but they enjoyed it so much we didn't break up till 1:30 am.

David's sister Kath, spoke about it with everyone at the party at Dad's and for the entire time she was in town.

It really exceeded my expectations, there is truly not one thing I would have changed. It was an elegant meal without being over the top or over complicated, it set the right mood and it was a comforting meal, something we all enjoyed, yet not average plain or ordinary by any means. It hit all the right flavour notes for me and my husband Dom was thrilled. Amazing! Andyou were both so professional and helpful and yet relaxed in such an intimate setting. It just could not have gone better, and I want to thank you both again... I wouldn't hesitate to call on you again and I will definitely recommend you to anyone who will listen!

Watching you put those dishes together taught me something new; you are very talented and creative in the kitchen.
